For harder surfaces, we also offer professional pressure washing to remove dirt, grime, and graffiti, leaving your property looking as good as new. Our methods provide a long-lasting, cost-effective alternative to repainting or re-rendering.

Softwashing is a low-pressure cleaning method that removes organic growth such as algae, moss, lichen, and mould from exterior surfaces. It uses specially formulated biocides and cleaning solutions to treat the root cause of staining, providing a longer-lasting clean than traditional pressure washing.
Is softwashing safe for render and painted surfaces?
Yes. Softwashing is specifically designed to be gentle on delicate surfaces like K-Rend, silicone, and painted render. Unlike high-pressure washing, it won’t cause surface damage, cracking, or water ingress.
How long does the cleaning last?
The results typically last several years, depending on the environment and exposure to moisture and shade. Because softwashing kills the biological growth at its source, surfaces stay cleaner for longer than with standard jet washing.
Will softwashing damage plants or landscaping?
We take great care to protect your property. Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable and eco-friendly, and we always pre-wet and rinse any nearby plants and soil to ensure they remain unharmed.
What types of surfaces can you clean?
Softwashing is suitable for most exterior materials, including render, brick, stone, cladding, roofs, and even painted walls. We can also combine softwashing with pressure washing for driveways, patios, and harder surfaces.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be present. Our self-contained equipment carries its own water and power, so we can complete the job independently. We’ll simply need access to the areas being cleaned and will keep you updated throughout.
